In simple words (1 check-in = 1 class). Every time you visit to our partner gym/studio, you have to provide your registered mobile number to mark your attendance in that particular partner gym/studio.

Q5: How flexi2 & flexi4 membership plan works?

Our flexi plans give our customers more freedom and provide a great value for money. If you are missing some of your classes then you don’t have to worry because we are giving you long term validity with each plan. Flexi2 comes with 30 check-ins (2 months validity) whereas flexi4 comes with 60 check-ins (4 months validity).

Q6: Do I have to pay extra to any of your partner gym/studio, if I have Kulture fitness membership?

No, you don’t but if you want to avail any extra paid facility from our partners which is not included in our plan (for ex: steam, spa, sauna, pick n drop etc) then only you have to pay extra to them.

Q7: Can I attend more than one class in a day but with different partner of Kulture fitness?

No. You can only attend one class in a day in any partner gym/studio of Kulture Fitness at any location.

Q8: What are the acceptable ‘modes of payments’ to Kulture fitness membership?

You can purchase Kulture fitness membership on the website through Credit/Debit cards or payment wallets as well. We ensure maximum security for all your transactions on our website.

Q9: Do you also accept cash payments for your membership?
